Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong item is delivered

Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Minor color or design variations inherent to handmade products

📄 REFUND POLICY

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
